About Thomas Filipkowski

Thomas is far from being just another photographer. Since the age of fourteen photography has been his greatest passion. Having attended Parsons and having received a Bachelor in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts, Thomas has been trained by top professionals. In addition to being well educated, Thomas has also taught lighting classes at the International Center of Photography and School of Visual Arts. His personal work has been shown in galleries both in Manhattan and Key West.

Since 2004 Thomas has photographed over 500 weddings in Key West, everything from lavish all-day events at the Southernmost House, to Pirate weddings at sea, to informal barefoot beach weddings for just the two of you. No matter what the situation, Thomas is confident he can provide stunning photographs for your unforgettable day.

Thomas believes that in life you get what you pay for, and encourages you to research his competitors and ask questions. "Is my photographer classicaly trained? Is he/she a photographer by trade or default? Does He/she set their camera to an automatic setting and shoot away? Is my photographer always getting in the way?"
